Hi, I am Bianca, a registered dietitian and lactation consultant, currently serving Westchester County and Bronx, NY, and welcome to my website! Nestle and Cradle is a practice that empowers women of color to control their state of health by creating sustainable dietary habits and improving health outcomes for themselves and their children.   

My mission is to empower women of color to gain strength in creating, nourishing, shaping, and raising life. Thus creating a generation of healthy communities encompassing inclusivity, health, and equity.

A little bit about our services. Our nutrition services are open to those in several phases of life, including pre-conception, prenatal, postpartum, infant, and children. We strive to provide culturally sensitive tailored nutrition guidance from an evidence-based food expert that provides 100 percent the daily value of equity.  Nutrition services are provided virtually allowing for more flexibility for those busy phases of life. 

We provide breastfeeding support with a professional who provides virtual and home visits for the dyad. We strive to help you reach your breast/chestfeeding goals and help address any common concerns such as nipple pain, supply, latch, engorgement, plugged ducts, and returning to work.
